This bag is not a toy

Is it possible that there are still people on the planet who don’t know this and routinely pass these on to Junior to go off and play with?

Now I realize that everyone’s just protecting themselves against lawsuits, because apparently we are the dumbest species alive and completely unable to take responsibility for our own idiocy.

It’s a wonder we’ve survived this long.

    I love the scene in Madmen where the daughter has a plastic bag over her head and the mom says,’I’d better not find my dry cleaning on the floor, young lady!”

    One similar message I see in Australia, which has me both amused and depressed, is a sign (I think these must be mandatory) placed on small buses adjacent to the driver’s window: “Do not enter bus through window”

    You should be arguing for tort reform instead of decrying the stupidity of our race. If there weren’t a million lawyers just chomping at the bit to take on these frivolous lawsuits, there would be no need for the disclaimers.
