A lot of people seem to be fairly loose with language. I’m of the old-fashioned school.

I recently discovered another word being misused: internship. My 16 year old has the opportunity this summer (and likely only this summer) to take part in an internship, if she can find one. It can even be unpaid, because her education costs are currently low, and she’s living at home. Yet every internship we found requires a B.A., and one wanted 2 years of social media management experience!

Vegan recipes with butter. Internships requiring education and experience. Do words mean nothing anymore?
